As manager and CEO of United Real Estate Partners, Tom provides multiple layers of expertise to our brokerage. Real estate is inherent to him, being raised in a family rooted in real estate, restaurants, and commercial properties. He was a top producing agent at his former company and founded United Real Estate Partners in 2017. Early on in his career, Tom learned the value in doing right by the client. This sentiment is echoed in his management of this office. Today, Tom is uniquely qualified to provide top-notch service in residential and commercial real estate, while also utilizing his career experience in mentoring agents at United Real Estate Partners. He's at the office on a daily basis and his door is always open!
Gayle began her real estate career in the New Orleans area by learning from experienced agents and brokers who underscored the value of being client- and agent-focused. Fully immersing herself into this business, she took real estate courses at University of New Orleans to further her knowledge in the field. As opportunities arose, both residential and commercial property management became another area of expertise to increase her brand recognition. In 2003, Gayle successfully launched Monarch Realty Group with a select group of collegues focusing on client focus and brand development. Throughout this endeavour, Gayle has built residential homes, townhomes, and a condo complex. Recognizing the changing tides in this industry, in 2016 Gayle merged Monarch Realty Group with globally-recognized United Real Estate Partners.
Today, Gayle is focusing on the United brand and her agents, promoting the same vision and core values instilled in her throughout her 40+ year real estate career. As the mother of 2 and grandmother to 6, family time is a precious commodity to her - not to mention the time spent with her adorable fur-babies. Whenever she can, Gayle devotes her spare time to aid in the animal resuce effort, taking photos to help raise money and awarenenss for adoptable pets.
Tammy joined our office as a experienced and well-recognized agent with a primary focus on residential real estate sales. She's been a top producer with 17 years in the real estate industry. Her reputation within our Realtor® community makes her an essential asset to our team as our Director of Recruiting, from those first phone calls with a prospective agent to working closely with them during their transition, and assisting them as a new agent to our United brand.
Taylor began her real estate career in 2010. Since joining our office in 2017, she's enjoyed a special appreciation for United Real Estate's unique approach to agent support, technology, and compensation. In 2018, she accepted the position as our brokerage's Director of Marketing & Technology, focusing on the creative aspect of real estate sales for our office and agents. She manages our office social media and provides one-on-one assistance to our agents in all aspects of agent branding, real estate marketing, promotional ideas, and education across our technology platforms.
Shawn is our office's rockstar Manager and Transaction Coordinator! Licensed since 2009, she's enjoyed a busy career in the real estate industry, and her experience is a huge asset to our team. She provides fantastic support to all of our agents, ensuring all the 'I's' are dotted and all the 'T's' have been crossed! Shawn also manages the onboarding process for our new agents, guiding them through for a seamless transition. Shawn is a great wealth of knowledge, always just a quick phone call away.
